Peter Cox
A Chartered Accountant and former Partner at Ernst & Young, Peter left London for Cornwall in 2002. He was Director of Finance & Resources and Company Secretary at The Eden Project for 10 years before joining Falmouth University as Chief Operating Officer. Peter retired in 2023 and is a Trustee at The Hall for Cornwall and a Parish Councillor.
